Cancellation Policy

TWP Tours offers three options if you need to cancel or postpone your payment for a tour. Please read the following options and email daniela@twp.tours if you have any questions.

*Welcome packages to all tour participants need to go out prior to the 60 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Loss of $300 deposit OR keep deposit for a future trip

Eligible for a 75% refund OR keep 100% of payment in our TWP Tours account for a future trip.

TWP Tours keeps 50% of payment
